Parts 2 Go accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit Cards for all your HP and Lexmark maintenance kit and printer part needs. Service Providers, self maintainers, and organizations who utilize purchase orders may request a credit application for Net Terms by calling TOLL FREE: 866-278-7755.

Maintenance kits, fuser units, and other printer parts purchased on exchange require the return of the "core" (defective/used part) within 30 days. We do not charge for the core up front, but at the end of 30 days a core charge may be placed against your credit card. Before charging your credit card we will contact you to give you a final opportunity to return the Core. It is highly recommended that when returning your Core you use Fedex, UPS, or other such carrier that will provide you with a tracking number of the package for your records.

If you wish to return a product that has been unopened you may do so within 7 days without a restocking fee. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the unopened box minus any shipping charges you may have incurred. If you wish to return an unopened box after 7 days but less then 30 days you may do so but a 20% restocking fee will apply.

If you wish to return a box that has been opened but is unused you may do so within 30 days. Full credit will be issued minus any shipping charges you may have incurred and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Used Products may not be returned for credit.

Parts 2 Go carries a 6 month warranty on all refurbished parts. If you receive a defective part, or have a part fail within 6 months, please call Toll Free: 866-278-7755 and we will ship a replacement part with a prepaid return label for you to return the failed part.
